Shawn McCann

Shawn McCann has been active in the New England area as a collaborative pianist and solo performer on piano and organ for over 40 years.  He has worked as collaborative pianist with the Nashoba Valley Chorale for over 20 years and has been with Groton Hill Music Center since 2012.  He is also the Director of Music Ministries at First Parish Church of Groton, MA and is a past president of the Association for Unitarian Universalist Music Ministries (AUUMM).

Shawn received his Bachelor of Music degrees in Piano Performance and in Music Theory / Composition from the University of Lowell where he studied under Inge Lindblad and Juanita Tsu.  He lives in Pepperell, MA with his wife, Monica.
