Kaila Piscitelli

Kaila Piscitelli grew up in West Hartford, Connecticut where she began her musical studies at the age of four. She was a student of Peter Wiley at Bard Conservatory, where she received her bachelors in Music Performance and Computer Science. She has also studied with Luis Garcia-Renart, Peter Serkin, and Mehai Tetel at the University of Hartford. Kaila served as principal cellist for Bard Conservatory Orchestra participating in performances at Lincoln Center alongside the Budapest Festival Orchestra. Honors include winning the Connecticut Youth Symphony concerto competition, and a prize at the Hartford Musical Club Competition.
